San Dune Pub Manzanita Live Music Schedule

February 15

- Tony Smily - Loop Ninja, 8:00 pm - midnight

Since  2000, Tony Smiley has captured audiences with raw rhythms of all live looping. This musical savant loops his way through a unique genre of music that you won’t find anywhere else. All with a witty, engaging, and energetic stage presence. His cosmic dance of electric melodies range from rock, hip hop, reggae, tribal fusion, 80's and everything in between, with a dash of Mongolian throat singing and beat-boxing have earned the loop ninja a cult like following that repeatedly embarks on his musical journey. Creating each track with a raw and  primal pulsating connection between rich rhythms and passionate lyrics.

February 23

- The Resolectrics, 8:00 pm - midnight

Expanding on their love of American R&B, The Resolectrics are a rock & soul power trio exploring the vast landscapes of roots music with layered harmonies, multi-tonal guitar tracks, and ambitious arrangements. Since releasing their “Booker T. meets The Band” debut record, High Water, guitarist Tate Peterson, drummer John Becher, and bassist Bob Dunham have honed a leaner, meaner approach through continuous gigging and constant refinement. The band’s new record, Open Seas, adds some timeless, British Invasion-style psychedelia to the mix along with a touch of horns and harmonica that help reconnect the music to its soul-based heritage. It’s a bigger sound that’s radio-ready and set for bigger stages and a larger audience.

March 9

- The Junebugs, 8:00 pm - midnight

Imagine if Neil Young and Janis Joplin had three love children, and those children grew up to like folk rock and hip hop. The Junebugs combine high-energy pop and rock with Pacific Northwest folksy goodness to create a genre-bending sound you can kick up your heels to.

March 23

- Erotic City, a Prince Tribute Band, 8:00 pm - midnight

With a complete live stage show, when its time to party like its 1999, Erotic City doesn't hold back with the high heels, the lace pants, the 'infamous' purple coat, and all of the sexiness you will get in a Prince show. If you're ever in need of you purple fix, Erotic City will definitely show up in a little red corvette with darling Nikki and create some controversy in the after world. 'Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life.' Let's go crazy with Erotic City.

Be sure to save room to eat before the fun starts. The San Dune is a local and visitor favourite casual Manzanita restaurant.
